The whole-torso axis follows the anterior spine. Hemi-torsos use offset axes. Limb axes prioritize smooth continuity; centroid positions can be corrected.

Model & usage notes

Imported BodyParts3D anatomy, with 199 skeletal structures. Anatomical landmarks and shoulder/hip frame boundaries are registered approximations.

Depth −1 follows the selected reference axis. V5 replaces discontinuous centroid transitions and gives hemi-torsos their own axes and internal midline boundaries.

V6.41 preserves the complete imported skin. Reference curves use named anatomical partitions; internal joint interfaces are distinct from the visible skin.

Reference strength describes this explanatory model. It is not a measured anatomical property.
